In Paris, not far from the Place de la Bastille, there is a mar­ket called d’Ali­gre. It is open every day except Mon­day. Locals and vis­i­tors come here for the fresh­est farm veg­eta­bles, fruits, and herbs grown in envi­ron­men­tal­ly friend­ly con­di­tions.
