The length of the branched pas­sages of the cave reach­es 520 meters, the depth is 30 meters. The cave has high arch­es. Includes 15 grot­toes, includ­ing the grot­toes of Bats, Nizh­ny, Gly­bovy, Blind, Bol­shoy, Chudes, White, Sta­lac­tite, South­ern, Ozerny, Karst, Lyu­bi­tel­sky, Malt­se­va, Gorge of Sounds. The largest grot­to is called the Big one. Its length reach­es 90 meters, width — from 1.5 to 5–6 meters. The height of the grot­to is from 5 to 13 meters. A stream flows in the cave, falling like a water­fall into an under­ground lake. Its flow rate is from 12 to 20 l/min. The stream flows along the main course, then in the Ozerny grot­to it falls from a height of 12 meters into the lake. This water­fall is the main unique­ness of the Pashiyskaya cave. On top are two organ pipes. The wet rocks here are very slip­pery. You need to be extreme­ly care­ful not to slip down or get injured. There’s a chain here, just in case. The under­ground lake has a depth of 7 meters and a diam­e­ter of 15 meters. The water lev­el in the lake cor­re­sponds to the water lev­el in the Vizhay Riv­er. The water tem­per­a­ture is always con­stant (+4°C).
