The ethno­graph­ic com­plex was cre­at­ed by the local muse­um. It presents Russ­ian and Komi-Yaz­­va huts trans­port­ed from the out­skirts of Kras­no­vish­er­sk. If every­thing is clear with Russ­ian, then Komi-Yaz­­va is appar­ent­ly unique. The Komi-Yazv­intsy are a small peo­ple who have lived on Vishera since ancient times. There are only a cou­ple of thou­sand of them left, but the state does not rec­og­nize them as a sep­a­rate nation­al­i­ty, so the Kras­no­vish­er­sk Muse­um is the only place where they even know about such a nation­al­i­ty. In addi­tion to the huts, they show a recre­at­ed Russ­ian boat here as a sym­bol of the fact that Vishera was the first route to Siberia (from Vishera there was a portage to the Tav­da basin and from there to the Irtysh: this route was used until the end of the 16th cen­tu­ry).
