To get to Beaver Falls, start your hike down the canyon from the Mooney Falls camp­ground. You’ll have to rap­pel down the wall to the base of Mooney Falls, which can be a bit of an adven­ture in itself. The trail is steep and almost ver­ti­cal at times – it’s just bolts, chains, and lad­ders to help you get down! Don’t attempt this sec­tion in bad weath­er.
