His­tor­i­cal City Park. One of the largest pub­lic parks in Istan­bul. The park cov­ers an area of ​​117 acres, is locat­ed on a hill and is sur­round­ed by high walls. It is home to more than 120 dif­fer­ent species of plants. The park has two orna­men­tal ponds. Numer­ous jog­ging paths and pic­nic tables make it a pop­u­lar recre­ation area for locals, espe­cial­ly on week­ends and hol­i­days. The park hosts the annu­al Inter­na­tion­al Tulip Fes­ti­val in April.
