Two small islands of mar­velous beau­ty. A bridge con­nects them to each oth­er. One of them is unin­hab­it­ed, a vil­la is built on the oth­er. But no one lives in it — the place is con­sid­ered cursed. All its own­ers, as well as some mem­bers of their fam­i­lies, died under strange cir­cum­stances, went bank­rupt, end­ed up in pris­ons and psy­chi­atric hos­pi­tals. Because of the bad rep­u­ta­tion, the islands have no own­er, the vil­la is aban­doned. Only occa­sion­al­ly brave tourists, pho­tog­ra­phers and jour­nal­ists look at Gaio­la.
