Rochchob — one of the last fortress­es of Imam Shamil, was con­sid­ered as one of the impreg­nable strong­holds of the Ima­mat, since this moun­tain is a nat­ur­al fortress sur­round­ed by sheer cliffs. Rochchob is the pride of the peo­ple of Kily­atli, who call this moun­tain either an amphithe­ater, or a sta­di­um, or an alter­nate air­field.
