The Tre­vi Foun­tain is with­out any doubt the most famous of all the famous foun­tains in Rome. It is locat­ed in the dis­trict of the same name and on the square named after it, north of the his­tor­i­cal cen­ter of the Ital­ian cap­i­tal. This amaz­ing exam­ple of Roco­co archi­tec­ture in Rome was built between 1732 and 1762. It is still fed by one of the city’s old­est aque­ducts and is of mon­u­men­tal pro­por­tions. Its length is 49 meters and its height reach­es 26.3 meters.
